To qualify for free NHS spectacle lenses, you must meet any of these criteria:
- On Universal Credit.
- Under 16, under 19 and in Full-Time Education
- Holding Form HC2 or HC3
- Holding a Complex Prescription (Partial Help)
- Receiving Certain DSS Benefits such as Income Support, Working Families Tax Credit, Income-Based Jobseeker’s Allowance, and Pension Credit Guarantee Credit.
